This peach cultivar is said to be "the most beautiful of the white flesh peaches," according to Gallesio.

This image was originally designed by Antonio Serantoni and engraved by Giuseppe Canacci in Florence, and the balance of science and art is beautifully portrayed in this artwork. This illustration displays the well-known peach with its voluptuous form and characteristic distinct tip and velvety gradient, hanging delicately on a leafy stem.
