Rides A.M. in Seaside Heights, New Jersey

by John Margolies

Experience the calm atmosphere of the early morning hours on the Jersey Shore before the day becomes busy. The photographer John Margolies has captured, Rides A.M. in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, the old-fashioned scenery of Casino Pier where one can see iconic attractions of the old-fashioned pier such as sky ride gondolas, two Ferris wheels and other amusement park rides with a bright cloudless sky. The distinctive features of John Margolies become obvious from the mechanical perfection and rich colors without any people around.

This fine art photograph from the Library of Congress Roadside America Collection will bring the nostalgic atmosphere of the beach resort into your modern house or beach house.
